Rainbow Mermaid

My cousin wanted me to design her next tattoo, and so I tried. She wanted a mermaid like that and that's how I interpreted her description. I got lazy with coloring though... and the tail... well.. The tail.. I got the texture off google images and just changed around filters for that. I cheated while making this (cries) BUT THE TAIL FIN I DID MYSELF and it came out epic... also... it just looks pretty epic in general.
Most of my art isn't in this style.. Meaning I didn't really color it to match something like this, but a few pieces are. I'm still really new to this
